A birth of a princess was usually followed by bells chiming across the medieval lands, gunshots fired and heralds making the official announcements. Newborns would usually have their mouths oiled with honey and skin wiped with the finest rose water there is. Vassals would cover nobel princesses in presents and in general this just may seem as the greatest start in life one could ever wish for.
