In your twenties, it's essentially every person for themselves! Not only are you having to juggle work, finding work, maintaining friendships, having friends move overseas, dating, new relationships, break-ups, but the people that used to be able to help you might not be able to support you in the same ways as before. You quickly realize how much you have to deal with on your own, not to mention often starting at the bottom of the corporate ladder if you're a graduate. Some could argue many people in their 20s are actually in survival mode.
Early-to-mid 30s is probably the best place to be in my current opinion - more experience, more knowledge, more money, still have some youth, hopefully less in survival mode, and less f's given!
