In today’s video, I share a real moment from my MMA training. After asking my coach for exercises to fix my shoulder fatigue during boxing, he gave me unexpected advice that had nothing to do with weights… and everything to do with relaxing.

He told me I was way too tense with my guard up, gripping too tight, flexing too much, and burning out too fast.

I demonstrate the before and after of this small mindset shift, and how learning to stay loose has already made my jabs faster, more fluid, and helped me conserve energy in later rounds.
