This is old, hence the old William design. The only reason I didn't finish this is my phone deleted one of my Gacha apps, which resulted in me losing all my Undertale designs and more.
I don't feel like remaking the characters or the scene because it'd just make me upset.
Hope at least this part is enjoyable.
Edit: I got them back, yippee. Thankfully, the mod saved my data.
