On May 8th of 2001, 11 year old Tamiqua Gutierrez was almost home when she decided to stop at her neighbors apartment, looking for her good friend who she often played with. Within moments, she found herself in the clutches of a truly evil individual who had the worst in mind. She would never make it back home. Her neighbor two doorsndown, a man with a very dark past, was where all signs pointed to. This is Tamiqua's story.
