It's Winging It Week 44 and we are in a 5th Sunday Month. This time, we are going to learn how to make some Stitched Buttons Trims and Edges.
This is an enormous area of textile art and so we are just having a bit of a taster today. I am going to show you some of my favourite techniques as we create a sampler page.

To stitch along you will need:
20x20cm Felt square with 1cm border marked on all sides
Threads - we use all sorts today, so use whatever you like
Sharp needle
Blunt tapestry needle
Beading needle (straw needles are great)
Metal or plastic rings
