Remote journeys through fresh snow, winter landscapes, catching fish and cooking on campfires, this is what I love about winter camping. Its challenging but very rewarding.
I'm driving a remote wilderness road to a clear water lake to do some winter camping in the Jeep Cherokee XJ. It's about -15c and hopefully catch and cook up a decent meal on an camp fire in this spectacular winter landscape.
Early winter is my favorite time of year for winter jeep camping, the temperatures are cold but the snow is powder so its pretty easy to drive.
