袪濕煲冬瓜湯
材料:
冬瓜2斤
袪濕料一包
甘香蔗片糖2塊
處理:
1. 袪濕料,大滾水浸10分鐘,去除污漬。
2. 袪濕料,擎乾水,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
3. 洗乾淨煲。
4. 冬瓜,去籽,洗乾淨表皮,清水沖洗乾淨,切一舊舊,放煲內。
5. 袪濕料,放煲內。
6. 片糖,清水洗乾淨,放煲內。
7. 在煲內加入清水5升。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾。
2. 轉中慢火煲40分鐘,熄火,焗2小時。
3. 完成。
4. 刮出冬瓜肉,放杯內加入冬瓜湯。
5. 可隨個人口味選擇冷飲或熱飲。
6. 可享用。
Winter melon moisturizing soup
Ingredients:
Winter melon 2 catty
Chinese mixed herbal pack 1 No.
Raw slab sugar 2 pcs
Preparation:
1. The herbal pack, soak in boiled-up water for 10 minutes, to remove dirts.
2. The herbal pack, get it drained. Rinse thoroughly. Drain.
3. Rinse a pot.
4. Winter melon, remove seeds. Rinse the skin. Rinse thoroughly. Cut in pieces. Put in the pot.
5. The herbal pack, put in the pot.
6. Slab sugar, rinse with tap water. Put in the pot.
7. Add in 5L of water in the pot.
Steps:
1. Heat up at high flame.
2. Turn to medium-low flame, boil for 40 minutes. Turn off fire and leave it for 2 hours.
3. Complete.
4. Scoop the flesh, put in a glass of soup.
5. Serve in hot or cold depends on personal favourites.
6. Serve.
