4 cups Chicken Broth
1 bottle of dark beer
1/2 stick butter & 1/4 cup bacon grease
1/2 cup all purpose flour
8 oz. mild cheddar cheese & 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
6 oz. Provolone cheese & 6 oz. Pepper Jack cheese
1 tsp dry mustard / 1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder / 1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt / 1 tsp pepper
Garnish with chives / shredded cheese / bacon bits
