Happy 1st release anniversary to Wisdom 🌌
This song has taught me so much in the last year. it's taught me to honour my grief, to allow myself to fully feel it when it rises up, and to accept myself and the changes I've made in my life, over and over again. Wisdom has given me so many opportunities to acknowledge the anger that often comes with grief and to accept this as a natural part of the process. Every time I play this song, I feel those deep emotions and I reaffirm to myself that it's ok to feel it all, and it's ok to let go a little bit more each time.
I read a quote once that reads, "Grief is love that has nowhere to go," and I would add to that, that you can learn to carry it with you and accept it as a loving part of you, more and more with time.
