1 pkg. Orange deco mesh tubing from Dollar Tree
1 pkg. Black deco mesh tubing from the Dollar Tree
20- styrofoam balls/vase filler from the Dollar Tree
2- Rolls black deco mesh from the Dollar Tree
2- Rolls orange deco mesh from the Dollar Tree
Hot glue sticks

I wired 20 pipe cleaners to the brim of the frame, I then added 2 deco mesh ruffles per pipe cleaner equaling 40 ruffles. Each ruffle was cut to 15".
