I made this video in response to many requests from fellow makers in the various social media groups I'm in that've seen my work. I first saw this method on R0B C0SMAN'S channel several years ago and just had to have a go at it. His videos are a great additional resource if you want to do this yourself. Mr. Pask also made a video about this hinge that is great work.
I developed MY OWN METHODS for this hinge based on the TOOLS THAT I HAD at the time because I didn't want to buy specialty tools for it and I wanted to make it stronger after a global shipping mishap. For example, I have a small lathe...you may not have one...however, there are many ways to achieve the same results for any part of this process. I'd love to know if you find different ways to do this.
