It has been just over a year since I bought my lathe. I started with a couple of pine projects, so I thought that I would use pine as a benchmark for how far I have progressed over that year.
I absolutely loved making this bowl, it is one of my biggest yet, at 11.5 inches by 2.5 inches. There is something very satisfying turning a bowl from bland and basic materials.... Although the price of CLS timber is going crazy at the moment!
