A few years ago, I turned a piece of willow wood into a bowl, treated it with wood glue, and set it aside to dry.
Recently, I mounted this bowl on the lathe again and finished it.
Because it is a crotch piece of willow wood, it was quite a job to give the wood a reasonable finish.
I have treated the wood quite a few times with sealer or varnish and a lot of sanding to get it smooth.
The bowl has a diameter of 30 centimeters and is 14 centimeters high
