Worcester College is one of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford. The college was founded in 1714 by the benefaction of Sir Thomas Cookes, 2nd Baronet (1648-1701) of Norgrove, Worcestershire, whose coat of arms was adopted by the College.
It is situated in the heart of Oxford, with 26 acres of beautiful, tranquil gardens, and an on-site sports field. Its buildings range from medieval cottages to the newest architectural buildings, created by some of Britain’s finest 18th and 19th Century architects.
