Working with tin plate is similar to copper sheet, but the biggest difference is soldering. In this video, I'm making chandelier arms, using several methods that are demonstrated in detail in other videos.
Tin plate can usually be bought by the sheet at your local sheet metal warehouse / supplier. I use ABC Metals - there might be one in your state/nearby.
Most of the hand tools I use (the hammers and crimpers) can be found at local hardware stores or Home Depot, etc. Whatever is easiest for you to find near you!
