Last time we went over what I thought were the very best 2D game series, to ever jump to 3D polygons. This week we look at that in reverse.

Episode Notes:
1. All games captured on real hardware.
2. This footage was an absolute nightmare to record. I despise some of these games, and the 30-60 minutes I put in some of them was excruciating.
3. Sonic Adventure was never going to be part of this episode. While I do agree it has aged rather poorly, it by no means should be on a worst of list.
4. Castlevania 64 goes down as one of my biggest letdowns ever.
5. Metal Slug 3D was never released outside of Japan. I guess even the people that made it knew it was garbage.
6. Bubsy 3D wasn't the last of the polygon games in that series. More were done just a few years ago for modern platforms.
