- 4 eggs,
- 7oz (200g) cottage cheese,
- 3.5oz (100g) almond flour,
- 2.1oz (60g) mozzarella,
- 1 tsp baking powder,
- 1 tsp basil,
- 1/2 tsp salt,
- 1/4 tsp black pepper.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180℃/355℉.
