3 wrecks were visited on the Oceandivers trip to the Red Sea in January 2025 - SS Carnatic, Giannis D and the most famous SS Thistlegorm.
SS Carnatic was a British steamship built in 1862-63. She operated on the Suez to Bombay route. In 1869, she ran aground on a coral reef in the Red Sea and broke apart with the loss of 31 lives. The wreck rests at 27º34'44"N 33º55'32"E at a depth of 27 metres.

The Giannis D (formerly named Shoyo Maru and Markos) is a Greek bulk carrier built in 1969. In 1983 it sank in the Red Sea on the Sha'b Abu Nuhas Reef. The wreck can be found at 27º34'39"N 33º55'24"E. Stern rests at 24 metres, bow is at a shallower 10 metres.
SS Thistlegorm was a British cargo steamship that was built 1940 and sunk by German bomber aircraft in the Red Sea in 1941, while carrying supplies for the Allied forces in Egypt. Her wreck rests near Ras Muhammad. Location 27º48'47"N 33º55'14"E, at a depth of 30 metres.
