The lighter was found in an European forest with a metal detector. While researching I found out that it was made in Austria in 1930's. The same lighters were produced and sold in the US after the World War 2 but they had slotted windguard holes and the fuel tank pulls apart to refill. They were known as Regens Pocket lighters.
