Made this display case for a friend who wanted to display his great grandfather bayonet. The blade hasn't been reconstructed to preserve his story as much as possible, the restoration of the bayonet is very preservative too.
The display itself was tricky to build for me since "precise" woodworking is out of my comfort zone but I did the best I could with my limited tools and the result was kinda pleasing to me and most importantly for my friend who will have it hanged in his wall for now on!
