Yak Peak hike is a short and sweet hike. Just a correction on elevation gain, it is actually 750 - 800 meters, not 900 as I said in the video. Yak peak is a beautiful hike with different obstacles along the way. I love to hike Yak Peak in October due to the amazing fall colors in the meadow. Just make sure to hike the real summit and not the false peak so you will have the bragging rights to actually have conquered the peak. It was an awesome experience for all of us. Yak Peak hike is one of the best hikes in the Coquihalla region.
