From the fertile plains of southern Bavaria we will slowly pass to the foothills of the Alps. Although my wish from the beginning was to take the cable car to the top of the "Zugspitze", in the end it did not come true. The mountain peak was shrouded in clouds, so the visibility to all regions below, it would probably be nil. Instead, I drove to the lake "Eibsee", which is right at the foot of the mountain.
