怀念儿时的黄姜糯米饭,所以自己很努力的一次又一次的试做了好多次,终于让我做出了记忆中的味道,而且还比想象中的好吃。记得以前在老家,某某家的宝宝做满月必定会有黄姜糯米饭配上咖喱鸡,所以一直很期待有新生宝宝诞生。。。😄😄😄
温馨提示 :
1)蒸锅如果半途需要加水切记用沸水。
2)吃不完的糯米饭需要放回蒸锅保温。

材料 :
600 g 糯米
3 cm 黄姜
半 茶匙 黄姜粉
2 片 亚参皮
150 ml 新鲜浓椰浆
100 ml 稀椰浆
4 片 香兰叶(剪成段)
10 颗 白胡椒粒(稍微拍一下)
2 茶匙 细砂糖
1 茶匙 盐
1 条 蒸布
Material:
600 g glutinous rice
3 cm yellow ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 slices assam peel
150 ml fresh thick coconut milk
100 ml thin coconut milk
4 pandan leaves (cut into sections)
10 white peppercorns (slightly pat)
2 teaspoons caster sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 steamed cloth
I miss the yellow ginger glutinous rice when I was a child, so I tried very hard to make it many times, and finally I made the taste in my memory, and it was better than I thought.
I remember when I was in my hometown before, the baby of XX would have ginger glutinous rice with curry chicken during the full moon, so I was looking forward to the birth of a new baby. . . 😄😄😄
Tips :
1) If the steamer needs to add water halfway, remember to use boiling water.
2) The glutinous rice that cannot be eaten needs to be returned to the steamer to keep it warm.
