Located in the San Sebastián neighborhood in the historic center of the city of Mérida, Yucatán Casa El Encanto is a home that had the challenge of projecting a large architectural program on a very narrow lot. The objective was to make the most of the extension of the property, resulting in a linear layout, with fluid paths between the different spaces and the exterior gardens.
