ഒരു കപ്പ് അരിക്ക് ഒന്നര കപ്പ് വെള്ളം കറക്റ്റ് ആണ് . ചോറ് വിട്ട് വിട്ട് നിൽക്കും . ബട്ട് കുറച്ചൂടെ സോഫ്‌റ്റും വേവും ആവശ്യമാണെങ്കിൽ എക്സ്ട്രാ 1 കപ്പ് വെള്ളം ചേർക്കാം . ബട്ട് അരി വേവ് കുറവാണെങ്കിൽ എക്സ്ട്രാ വെള്ളം ഒരിക്കലും ചേർക്കരുത് . വെള്ളം കൂടിയാൽ ചോറ് വെന്ത് കുഴഞ്ഞു പോകും . തീയുടെ കാര്യവും വിഡിയോയിൽ പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ ശ്രദ്ദിക്കുക .

Coriander 1/2 tblsp
Cumin 1/2 tblsp
Pepper 1/2 tblsp
Garlic 1 cloves
Kashmiri red chili 1/2 tspn
Salt as needed
Olive oil 1 1/2 tblsp + 1 tspn
Saffron color 1/4 tsp
