This yin yoga class will assist your to release hips, inner thighs, groins, lower back and spine with a deeply soothing guidance from me. The asanas will also target the mobility and strength of your spine. It is done without any props and suits beginners to advanced yogis. Each asana is held for a minimum of 3 minutes to target the deep tissues, joints and ligaments so you can gain an even greater mobility and flexibility. Remind yourself to be gentle throughout the practice and to take the time to adjust yourself into comfortable positions.
