Starting small is perfectly okay! Every grand dream begins with a single step, and this week’s episode beautifully illustrates that journey. It’s a reminder that you don’t need vast resources to cultivate your passions and watch them bloom.
My guest this week is Natalie Geehr, owner of The Farmer Florist. Natalie began her journey right in her backyard in Fresno, CA. When she outgrew that space, she took a leap and leased a 1/4 acre—an old horse arena in her parents’ backyard. It took some convincing but perseverance won. Despite feeling a little imposter syndrome in such a thriving agricultural area, she’s fully embracing the journey toward her own flower farm.
What I find truly inspiring about Natalie is her commitment to her vision. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the challenges and comparisons that come with starting something new. But Natalie shows us that staying true to our passions—no matter the size of our starting point—can lead to incredible growth.
