Recipe:
1. large potatoes - 6 pcs.,
2. butter - 30 gr.,
3. hard cheese - 100-130 gr.,
4. underbelly - 80-100 gr.,
5. onion - 1 pc. (large)
6. mushrooms - 6 pcs.,
7. Sour cream - 2-3 tablespoons,
8. salt - 0.5 tsp (or to taste),
9. pepper, tsp - 1/4 tsp (or to taste),
10. greens for decoration - 6 small twigs.
Bake the potatoes at T. 200-220 degrees until ready for about 1 hour.
