You would think that after I had let my sourdough starter go dormant that I wouldn't have let my Scoby do the same.... well... I did! Thanks to Ginger @notfornothinghomestead and Megan at @megN'sfearlessadventures for inviting me to join in on their #homeiswherethehealthis collaboration. I almost didn't join, and then was digging in the fridge and found my Scoby Hotel waayyyyy wayyy wayyy in the back of the fridge. I quickly e-mailed them back and said... hey....
