I over heard my co-worker talking at work saying that code enforcement had stopped at her house. Apparently having her daughters graduation sign between the road and the sidewalk in a no no. She told them she was going to leave to there until after the party and code enforcement told her they would take it if she did. A few days later, she received a letter in the mail from code enforcement, that not only addressed the sign, but also gave her a few days to get the bushes hanging over the sidewalk trimmed. Knowing that she is a single mom and struggling like a lot of people in todays world, I decided to surprise her and help. When I arrived, she had no idea I was coming. These 8' tall shrubs had to come down. In addition, I cleaned up some thick weeds and grapevine around her garage. She was so appreciative!!! She even came out to lend a hand. During the clean up, we found a little creepy crawly hanging on a post in one of the shrubs. Anyone that knows me, knows I just don't like the little buggers. Check out the video to see what it was.
