Manaphy acts as our energy engine for both Palkia and Empoleon, allowing us to use Aqua Jet or Dimensional Storm earlier. Empoleon's ability makes opposing Bench Pokémon vulnerable to Cyrus, giving us an advantage. This deck is quite strong, and I think you'll really enjoy trying it out in the 45 Win Emblem Event.
