Watch this at 2x speed, I sound funny. Also, this is the final video after I had cut out an aditional 10 minutes of edited footage. This isn't the case. It should be a few polymer chains which around bound. When we pass the glass transition temperature, most of the bonds between polymers are broken (hydrogen bonds and Van Der Waals forces) not the chemical bonds between the monomers. Also, I don't believe it's the case that there are no forces at all between the polymers, just that a lot of them aren't formed. This is again why the rate of cooling is important. It dictates how many of these inter-polymer bonds may form. -20:35 - You can totally mount the dual duct fans, I just got mixed up. You need to mount the fans to the ducts before mounting the ducts to the universal base. I got mixed up, because it's the opposite for the single fan ducts. -----Chapters----- 00:00 Intro 00:45 Chapter I - Why part cooling is more complicated than you thought... 00:58 Chapter I - What is part cooling? 01:08 Chapter I - How do we get part cooling? 02:29 Chapter I - Why part cooling? 04:30 Chapter I - He's a wannabe chemist... 10:01 Chapter II - How do we get the best part cooling possible (right now (in my opinion))' 10:29 Chapter II - Hero Me Generation 7 11:15 Patreon Plug 11:38 Chapter II - Project Requirements 13:32 Chapter II - Let's get started! 14:47 Chapter II - The parts! 17:30 Chapter II - Assembly 20:35 I'm stupid, you can definitely mount it, just mount the fans first... 24:06 Chapter II - Final Product 24:42 Chapter II - Mounting the print head & calibrating 28:44 Chapter II - The printing begins... 29:41 Chapter II - The directionality of part cooling 30:39 Chapter II - What can the Hero Me Gen 7 print?
