Zombotany 2 one of PvZ's more difficult minigames, so how do you protect your plants, while the (even more difficult) 'plant' zombies are shooting at you? Expand for essential tips.
This is a very simple and elegant 7-slot solution, losing no lawnmowers. Various forms on this strategy have existed for a long time. You will need the Gloom-shroom plant from Crazy Dave's 'shop' beforehand. I recommend 2 sets of 5 Glooms + 2 garlic to reliably take down Tall-nut zombie without instant-kills or Wall-nuts. In-vid I finished with 6 Glooms, but not necessary. If you do want to use more slots, Pumpkin, Wall-nut, Spikeweed are my big suggestions. However 7 slots is more than sufficient.
Watch out for Jalapeno Zombie, who is all sorted once you get him Garlic-moved away from your Glooms. Squash Zombie will KO your front Garlic, so replace immediately. Gatling Pea Zombie will do quick Garlic Damage, but not too bad. Definitely pay more attention to your Garlics than Zombotany 1.
