Ingredients:
- 2 courgette
- salt and pepper to taste
- 200g cornmeal
- 100g flour
- 200ml water
- 2 tsp oil on each lachcha
Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup dill
- 1 tsp fresh garlic paste
-1/2 of lemon juice 🍋
- salt to taste
Cook the lachcha paratha on medium heat each side until golden .
