يسعى البيت الأبيض إلى تحقيق مكاسب سريعة في السياسة الخارجية ذات فوائد ملموسة، حتى لو تطلب ذلك تجاوز إسرائيل لصالح الاستعانة بتركيا والمملكة العربية السعودية في سياسة الشرق الأوسط.

تأمل إدارة ترامب أن تتمكن من إخراج مئات الآلاف من الفلسطينيين من غزة وإحياء نسخة من خطة السلام من أجل الازدهار.
ومع ذلك، فمن خلال السماح لإسرائيل بالسعي لإعادة التوطين في سوريا، تخاطر واشنطن بزعزعة استقرار الحكومة في دمشق والعودة إلى الحرب الأهلية.

هذا هو بالضبط نوع المبادرات الفوضوية والمعقدة والمطولة التي يرغب البيت الأبيض في تجنبها، وهو مؤشر على الخلافات السياسية الناشئة بين الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل. المشكلة في غزة

هناك تقارب في المصالح الأمريكية والإسرائيلية في إيجاد حل لموقف مُعقّد، حيث يختلف الرأيان الإسرائيلي والفلسطيني اختلافاً جذرياً حول مستقبل السلام والأمن.

وبناءً على ذلك، تشير تقارير إلى أن الحكومة الإسرائيلية تسعى لإقناع دول أفريقية مختلفة بقبول الفلسطينيين، بما في ذلك جنوب السودان والصومال.

The White House is seeking swift foreign policy gains with tangible benefits, even if that means bypassing Israel in favor of relying on Turkey and Saudi Arabia in Middle East affairs.

The Trump administration hopes to relocate hundreds of thousands of Palestinians from Gaza and revive a version of the “Peace to Prosperity” plan.
However, by allowing Israel to pursue resettlement in Syria, Washington risks destabilizing the government in Damascus and reigniting civil war.

This is precisely the kind of chaotic, complex, and drawn-out initiative the White House wishes to avoid—a sign of emerging political rifts between the United States and Israel.

The Gaza Problem

The White House has made no secret of its desire to see Palestinians evacuated from Gaza, enabling reconstruction of the territory before verifying the return of some refugees.

This aligns with the Trump administration’s earlier plans for a more integrated approach to Israel’s relationship with the Palestinian territories—an approach that adheres to a unified legal and economic framework, falls short of establishing a full Palestinian state, and aims to bring security and stability to the region, along with the possibility of the president receiving a Nobel Peace Prize.

This vision for peace was shaped by center-right politicians in Israel, who sought to address realities on the ground while acknowledging the doubts and fears of the Israeli public majority.

There is a convergence of American and Israeli interests in finding a solution to a complicated situation, where Israeli and Palestinian perspectives differ fundamentally on the future of peace and security.

Accordingly, reports indicate that the Israeli government is attempting to persuade various African nations to accept Palestinians, including South Sudan and Somalia.

In January, U.S. Special Envoy Witkoff presented a more serious proposal regarding Indonesia. However, lacking a coherent negotiation process and media strategy, Jakarta firmly rejected it.
Brief rumors emerged in mid-March of White House outreach to Syria through a third party, although the Syrian government has denied these reports.
