Rajasthani Rabdi Malpua

1 L full fat milk
1/2 cup refined flour
1/2 cup +1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 cup water
pinch of saffron (optional )


Suji ke Malpue

1 cup - Fine Semolina
2 TBSP - Milk Powder (optional)
1/4 tsp - Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp - Fennel Seeds (coarsely grinded)
1 pinch of Cinnemon Powder (optional)
1 pinch of Nutmeg Powder (optional)
1/4 tsp - Baking Powder
1/4 cup - Powder Sugar
1/4 cup - Milk Cream
1 cup - Milk (add gradually)
1 cup - Sugar (200g)
1 cup - Water
Saffron Threads(optional)
1/2 tsp - Cardamom Powder




Aate ke Malpue / Khoya Malpuri

1/2 cup milk powder
1 cup lukewarm milk
2 tbsp desi ghee

3/4 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup semolina
1 tbsp sugar
1+1/4 cup lukewarm milk

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Pinch of saffron (optional)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp kewra water (optional)


Mawa Malpua

*Mawa -1cup (150 gm)
*Refined flour- 1 cup (125 gm)
*lukewarm milk- 1. 5 Cup
*sugar- 1 cup
*water- 3/4 cup
*few Saffron Threads
*Cardamom pwd- 1/2 tsp

we make 15 Malpua from this batter.
