This time I'll be introducing how to make fried chicken.
I've tried a few different ways to make it, but lately I've been making it this way a lot.
Basically, you use salt to bring out the flavor of the chicken, and then finish it off with a light hint of soy sauce and garlic.
Fried chicken (for 4-5 people in my house)
4 chicken thighs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons sake
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 small clove of garlic
(ginger)
Flour
Potato starch
Frying oil
(Italian parsley)
