Ingredients -

¾ Cup Soaked Toor Dal/Arhar Ki Dal
1 Small Carrot/Gajar
1 Cup Bottlegourd/Lauki/Ghiya
1 Drumstick Beans/Sahjan ki Phali
2 Medium Size Tomatoes
1 Small Onion
As required Water
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder/Haldi Powder
¼ tsp + ¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
1 tbsp Jaggery
1 tbsp Kahsmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Sambar Masala
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
2 tsp Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
8-10 Curry Leaves
¼ tsp Dry Fenugreek Seeds/Methi Dana
As per taste Salt
2 tbsp Tamarind Water/Imli Ka Paani
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

Serve it with Dosa/Idli/Uttapam/Medu Vada
