1 cup Besan, बेसन
1 tbsp Rava, रवा
Green Chilli, Ginger Paste
हरी मिर्च, अदरक पेस्ट
Green Methi, हरी मेथी
⅛ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
¼ tsp Hing, हिंग
¾ tsp Salt, नमक
½ tsp Chilli Flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
½ cup Buttermilk, छाछ
1 cup Water, पानी
Oil (तेल)
Spring Onion, हरा प्याज
Green Garlic, हरा लहसुन
MITHA PUDLA | SWEET PUDLA
1 cup Water, पानी
½ cup Jaggery, गुड
½ tsp Saunf, सौंफ
¼ tsp Cardamom, इलाइची
1 tsp Sugar Powder, चीनी पावडर
1 cup Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा)
½ cup Water, पानी
Pure Ghee, शुध्ध घी
