Ingredients:
As per 250 gm Khoya/Mawa
250 gm khoya/mawa
1/4 cup maida(if required use more,depends upon the consistency of khoya)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
pinch of nutmeg powder
pinch of baking powder/baking soda(or you can skip it)
oil or ghee for frying
Note: If khoya is thick/dry then you can use little water or milk while kneading if required.
For sugar syrup:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water(you can use more till 1 cup)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
pinch of nutmeg powder
little rose essence
saffron sticks/keshar
1 spoon ghee
dryfruits(optional)
