Ingredients :
For Making Pasiparuppu Kuzhipaniyaram
Moong dal - 1 & 1/2 cup (300g)
Jaggery - 1 & 1/4 cup (250g)
Rice flour - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Cashews - as required
Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
Baking soda - 1/8 tsp (2 pinches)
Ghee or oil - for frying
Water measurement for Kuzhipaniyaram
1)For grinding moongdal - 1/2 cup water
2)For Jaggery Syrup - 1/4 cup water
For making tomato chutney
Oil - 2 tsp
Small onions - 1 cup
Dried Red chillies - 8 no.
Tomatoes - 1 cup (2 big sized)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - few
