Mango ginger is a Turmeric family, smell and taste like raw mango. It is rich in mango flavor, can be used to make pickles and few other dishes. Mango Ginger is a very easy to grow plant. We can get good harvest without much care and maintenance.
I started this season with 6 mango ginger seed bulb. In this video, covering the entire growth phases starting from sowing till harvest.
