Ingredients:
500 grams of goat/lamb meat, 3 big-sized onion, 50 grams cloves of garlic, 5-6 green chilies, a small piece of ginger, 4 small-sized tomatoes, a bay leaf, a piece of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, a half teaspoon of turmeric powder, a half tablespoon of red chili powder, a half tablespoon of garam masala powder, a teaspoon of dry fenugreek leaves(Kasoori Methi), 3/4th cup of mustard oil and coriander leaves to garnish.
