Ingredients :
For Making potato masala:
Potato - 300g (boil for 4 whistles)
Onion - 300g (medium sized) (3 cups)
Green Chilli - 2
Ginger - 1 inch (crushed)
Garlic - 5 pods (Crushed)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 3/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Table salt - 3/4 tsp
Red chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - few
For making bonda batter
Besan flour - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Red Chilli powder - 2 & 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1 & 1/2 cup
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/8 tsp
Red Food Colour - 1 pinch (optional)
Oil - for fry
For Making Coconut Chutney
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2
Chickpeas - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Rock Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Tempering the chutney
