Recipe for: Zucchini meatballs

NECESSARY PRODUCTS:

Zucchini - 1.5 kg.
Cheese - 250g.
Egg - 1 pc.
Dill - 1 bunch (finely chopped).
Breadcrumbs - 70 g.
Salt
Pepper
Flour (for rolling).
Oil (for frying).

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Salt the grated zucchini and mix them. Wait 10-15 minutes for them to turn on the water. Drain the zucchini well from the water.

Add the grated cheese, chopped dill, breadcrumbs and egg to the drained zucchini. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Form meatballs from the prepared mixture and arrange them in a pan.

Roll the meatballs in flour and fry them in well-heated oil until golden brown.

Serve the finished meatballs with garlic sauce.
