This time the search for mushrooms really turned out to be extreme. Yes, it's winter, yes, it's January, but this does not mean at all that mushrooms do not grow in winter :) On the contrary, if you know good mushroom places, then even in this cold season you can always pick fresh winter mushrooms. I named this hike that way, because you can see what the weather conditions were and on what deep and steep cliffs I had to pick this mushroom. And so everything turned out well, this time I came across an oyster mushroom and a winter mushroom, a flamulina mushroom

Until recently, oyster mushroom was little known in our country as an industrial mushroom, but attention began to be paid to it since oyster mushrooms grown industrially appeared on store shelves. And it is not for nothing that it is grown in such large quantities, because this mushroom is tasty, fruitful and much less demanding on growing conditions than, for example, champignon. However, oyster mushrooms can be found not only in the supermarket and mushroom pickers quickly got used to the taste and began to collect oyster mushrooms in the forests of Ukraine
