Weiqu Old Street is the only remaining old street market in Xi'an city. In the past few decades of large-scale demolition and construction, it seems to be a forgotten corner, preserving the most authentic local atmosphere of the common people. It attracts more and more locals and even tourists from other places with its simple and peaceful scenes of local life. The current old street can be roughly divided into two sections: the northern section on the left side of the Yiyuefang gate is a gathering place for local snacks and delicacies, while the southern section on the right side sells vegetables, fruits, groceries, clothes, shoes, and hats. Whether it's tourists who come to taste various delicacies or local residents who are looking to buy affordable goods, fruits and vegetables, or sewing supplies, this place always leaves people satisfied.
