Ingredients

Green onion - 1 pc
Carrots - 2 pcs
Peppers - 1 and a half
Chicken breast - 600 grams / 21 oz
Potatoes - 3 pcs
Tomato puree - 150 grams / 5 oz
Olive oil
Black pepper
Thyme
Salt

For Bechamel sauce

Butter - 40 grams / 1.40 oz
Olive oil - 20 ml
Flour - 1 tbsp.
Milk - 500 ml
Grated cheese - 100 grams / 3.50 oz
Nutmeg
Black pepper
Salt

Method of preparation

Cut the green onions, carrots and peppers into small pieces. We salt. Let the vegetables stew for 5 minutes on a moderate heat (6th degree).
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, cook for 6 minutes on a moderate heat (6th degree).
Cut the potatoes and place them next to the vegetables and chicken breast. Simmer for 5 minutes on a moderate heat (6th degree).
Add the tomato puree, black pepper and thyme. Cook for 2 minutes on low heat (5th degree).
Pour into a baking tray and bake at 200°C/392°F for 20 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by melting the butter with olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon of flour. Fry it for 2 minutes on a low heat (4th degree) while stirring constantly.
Add the milk and cook for 2 minutes on a low heat (4th degree), stirring constantly.
Season with 1/2 teaspoon each of table salt, black pepper and nutmeg.
Add the grated cheese and turn off the heat.
Pour the sauce over the dish and bake at 200°C/392°F for 15 minutes.
