We revive the rotten hood without welding and spray paint the transition.
In this video, I will show the basic principles of how to spray paint a transition and restore a rotten body element without welding with my own hands.
1. Clean the surface rust.
2. Apply the rust converter to the residual rust.
3. We apply polyester resin using glass wool.
4. Putty bumps on the hood.
5. Priming.
6. Apply suture sealant.
7. We paint the inside of the hood with acrylic paint.
8. Turn over the hood and paint the front part.
9. Apply two coats of varnish.
10. We apply a transition solvent to the border of the old varnish and the new one.
11. We process the hood from the inside.
12. Ideally, polish the painted place..
